Return / Cancellation Policy

This policy applies exclusively to: reservations made through the form on the website, via e-mail or phone, and online payments made through a NETOPIA link for special offers.

Panoramic Restaurant does not sell physical products; therefore, this policy refers only to reservation services and events.

Cancellation of regular reservations (restaurant tables)

A standard reservation can be cancelled free of charge via:

• phone,

• e-mail,

• the website form,

• ialoc.ro.

We recommend cancelling at least 12 hours in advance so that the table can be offered to other guests.

Cancellation of reservations for special events

(New Year’s Eve, brunch, festive meals, special packages)

For these events, an advance payment or full payment via NETOPIA link may be required.

In this case, the cancellation policy specific to each event applies, as communicated at the time of reservation.

Unless otherwise specified in the offer sent to the client, the general rules are:

• Cancellation at least 10 days before the event: 50% fee

• Cancellation between 10 and 5 days before the event: 75% fee

• Cancellation less than 5 days before the event or no-show: 100% fee

Reservation changes

Any modification (number of guests, date, time) can be made only within availability. The restaurant may accept or refuse the change depending on the situation.

Refunds

Refunds for online payments are processed to the account from which the payment was made, within 5–14 business days, depending on the processing bank.

The client will receive confirmation of the refund by e-mail.

Promotional offers

Special offers or promotional packages may have their own cancellation conditions, clearly communicated before payment.
