{"id":191,"date":"2025-12-10T15:03:24","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T13:03:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.panoramicbrasov.ro\/en\/?page_id=191"},"modified":"2025-12-10T15:03:24","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T13:03:24","slug":"return-cancellation-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.panoramicbrasov.ro\/en\/return-cancellation-policy","title":{"rendered":"Return \/ Cancellation Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">This policy applies exclusively to: reservations made through the form on the website, via e-mail or phone, and online payments made through a NETOPIA link for special offers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Panoramic Restaurant does not sell physical products; therefore, this policy refers only to reservation services and events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>Cancellation of regular reservations (restaurant tables)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">A standard reservation can be cancelled free of charge via:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <span lang=\"ro-RO\">phone,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <span lang=\"ro-RO\">e-mail,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <span lang=\"ro-RO\">the website form,<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <span lang=\"ro-RO\">ialoc.ro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">We recommend cancelling at least 12 hours in advance so that the table can be offered to other guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>Cancellation of reservations for special events<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">(New Year\u2019s Eve, brunch, festive meals, special packages)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">For these events, an advance payment or full payment via NETOPIA link may be required.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">In this case, the cancellation policy specific to each event applies, as communicated at the time of reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Unless otherwise specified in the offer sent to the client, the general rules are:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <span lang=\"ro-RO\">Cancellation at least 10 days before the event: 50% fee<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <span lang=\"ro-RO\">Cancellation between 10 and 5 days before the event: 75% fee<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 <span lang=\"ro-RO\">Cancellation less than 5 days before the event or no-show: 100% fee<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\">\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>Reservation changes<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Any modification (number of guests, date, time) can be made only within availability. The restaurant may accept or refuse the change depending on the situation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>Refunds<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Refunds for online payments are processed to the account from which the payment was made, within 5\u201314 business days, depending on the processing bank.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">The client will receive confirmation of the refund by e-mail.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\"><b>Promotional offers<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Special offers or promotional packages may have their own cancellation conditions, clearly communicated before payment.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This policy applies exclusively to: reservations made through the form on the website, via e-mail or phone, and online payments made through a NETOPIA link for special offers.
